W...Hi Kyle, nicely put and thanks for the guidance. We in India know these shoes by 3.0 and 5.0 respectively. I am a front foot striker and a moderate runner using 3.0 for the past 3 months. Am doing fine but unable to increase mileage and was contemplating to buy a pair of 5.0/ run +2. Will that help ? nikhilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12204963905259615869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7622242776292222019.post-55250891028430471792012-09-05T17:23:13.056-05:002012-09-05T17:23:13.056-05:00Daniel, sorry but I've had annoyances with too...Daniel, sorry but I've had annoyances with too many posts and stuff like that. I think the 4.0s would suit your needs. They seem to be right in the middle of the 3.0s and Run + 2. The 3.0 V4 has some arch support. I recommend trying both on!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06240896549229223852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7622242776292222019.post-41216677407010109022012-08-30T21:29:47.387-05:002012-08-30T21:29:47.387-05:00Any thoughts on the arch support. The original Free Run +'s had almost none, but the +2's are WAY too supportive for me.

I'm hoping the 3.0 V4 works for me.

Your commenting captcha is too hard!!Daniel Sullivanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09502008411402379314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7622242776292222019.post-84497692086066529702012-07-26T13:01:51.653-05:002012-07-26T13:01:51.653-05:00Kyle, thanks for the info. I've had Nike Free Run+ v1 (regular) and Free Run+ v2 (id with 3.0 sole), so I wasn't really sure.

After reading this, I've decided the Free 3.0 v4 are the way to go.Justin Hornhttp://twitter.com/justin_hornnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7622242776292222019.post-88304036207765353852012-04-26T17:39:32.245-05:002012-04-26T17:39:32.245-05:00I just tried on both and found that the +3 had a w...I just tried on both and found that the +3 had a wider toe box. I actually needed to go up a half size on the 3.0. Note, I have wide feet, so my experience is obviously unique to me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7622242776292222019.post-14879917988124728882012-04-24T16:59:51.312-05:002012-04-24T16:59:51.312-05:00I found the fit to be very similar in both shoes.

Can I expect that the Free 3.0 v4 will have a similar narrow fit as the Free Run +3? Thanks. -ChrisAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
